We booked a disabled room which wasn't as big as it is depicted in the photos. There wasn't much room to manouvre a wheelchair and luggage. If you use a stand hoist eg Sara 3000 be aware, the bathroom is rather smal eg handbasin is to close to the toilet - take care when raising the hoist because you are likely to take the glass shelf with it and keep your elbows tucked in For those who can manage to stand on their own the room is fine. The bed is really comfortable norisk to pressure areas I hope this is useful full on wheelchair friends.

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond what you would expect for an hotel, so helpful, nothing is too much trouble to make your stay a great one, special mention for Michelle who made my stay memorable.

You only get 30 minutes of free wifi per day. I had booked for 2 nights. I arrived late, so I looked at my emails the next morning. To my horror, I discovered that the clock started from my first use of the wifi. I could next use it just after checking out time!!! This should have been made clear when I checked in. Why is wifi not free for the stay???

One night stay prior to hospital appointment. Reception helped with information of buses or taxis for early morning. No food as had to starve for procedure ,  As an 80 year old woman the shower was great.  No climbing over bath. Strong well positioned hand rail to step in and out.   These things are important at my age ,well done.  Thank you

Perfect stay! Quiet and comfortable — just what I needed after a long, busy day saving lives. Slept so well and felt fully recharged. Highly recommend for anyone needing peace and rest.
