海洋酒店 (The Marine Hotel)

這是我在英國（以及全歐洲）住過的最糟糕的酒店！ 1. 房間沒空調，很熱。 2. 房間內設施設備很老化，牆角發黴的地方很多。 3. 電梯非常老舊，噪音很大 4. 前台服務人員中個別人（8月15日上午值班的前台人員）十分粗魯，對外國客人很不友好 5. housekeeping十分糟糕。我們連住兩晚上，沒給我們做housekeeping 總的來説，這個酒店在房間安排、客戶溝通上對非英國客戶充滿偏見和歧視。我們訂了2晚上的房間（8月14日入住，16日退房）。給我們安排到靠近電梯的房間，導致早上六七點開始就十分吵鬧，沒法休息。8月15日早上，我們到前台希望能調換房間，在當天上午退房的房間中調換。前台以“我們不可能今天給你做一次房間整理”為理由，拒絕調換房間。事實上，從我們入住到離開酒店這三天時間內，沒有任何一次房間整理服務。 最讓人不可忍受的是，在我們與一位經理（身穿深色上衣）商議此事的時候，8月15日上午值班的前台人員（上身著白衣）還對我們做鬼臉、翻白眼，這是十分猖狂的種族歧視態度。讓人十分氣憤！ This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in the UK （and all of Europe）! 1. The room had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. 2. The room's facilities were very outdated, with mold in many corners. 3. The elevator was incredibly old and noisy. 4. Some front desk staff （specifically the one on duty the morning of August 15） were very rude and unfriendly toward foreign guests. 5. The housekeeping service was terrible. We stayed for two nights, and our room wasn't cleaned at all. Overall, this hotel showed clear bias and discrimination against non-UK guests in both room assignments and customer service. We booked a two-night stay （checking in on August 14 and checking out on August 16） and were given a room right next to the terrible elevator. The noise from elevator started as early as 6 or 7 in the morning, making it impossible to rest. On the morning of August 15, we asked the front desk to switch to a different room that would be vacated later that day, but they refused, citing that "we can't clean your room today."（the hotel is unwilling to provide housekeeping service）. In fact, during our entire stay, not once was our room cleaned. Not even a single housekeeping service was provided. What made it even more unbearable was the blatant display of racial discrimination. While discussing the issue with a manager （dressed in dark attire）, the front desk staff on duty that morning （wearing a white shirt） made faces and rolled her eyes at us. This is a typical display of racial discrimination.

比較老派的酒店，設施稍顯陳舊，不過就是海邊頭排，車子晚上停門口免費，早晚海邊散步很舒服，早餐廳派頭很大，客人也多，來威爾士玩，這個店性價比很高。

酒店距離火車站步行5-10分鐘，就在海邊上，位置非常方便，房間不大，設施有些老舊了，整體還可以。性價比挺高。

環境不錯，靠海，出行方便，設施一般，衞生可以

酒店就在海邊，位置非常好，早餐豐富好吃，門口的路邊下午4點後上午10點前免費停車

酒店地理位置超棒，窗外就能看到大海。前台服務人員態度很好，房間雖然不大，但乾淨衞生，暖氣也充足，就是衞生間衹要用水管道就會發出異響😭

多種房間可選，房間設施齊全，服務很貼心

酒店性價比還可以 靠近海邊

一般，很難溝通的前台！
