距離蘭迪德諾火車站很近，走路六七分鐘吧，招牌很醒目很好認。也是沒有電梯…還好入住退房時間都有服務人員在，都幫忙拿行李了，但是進大門之前也有樓梯，服務人員衹顧站在大門裡鞠躬開門…出門搭把手不好咩…也是類似個人別墅公寓的配置，房間不算小，雖然床不大。有前面的經驗，入住時迅速去檢查淋浴熱水，果然不熱…跟服務人員説了他完全沒聽懂，等了好久都不來看，又下樓説了一遍菜跟我上樓，鼓搗了半天也不熱，他的解決方案是，他晚上九點下班前我回酒店，他給我另一個大套房的鑰匙進去洗澡，再回自己房間住…我説為啥不直接給我換房間，他的意思是他沒這個權限…反正衹住一晚我就答應了。等我廚門玩了一圈吃完晚飯回去的時候，他開心的告訴我已經搞定了，我速速回房間驗證了一下，果然有熱水了。

Lack of a front desk is a challenge. My single room and bathroom were both spacious and good value. Manager allowed me to store luggage which was helpful. Downside was lack if hot water on the last days and steps to rooms but management took my bag to and from the room. Good value for money being opposite Starbucks and MS Food.

Great little hotel! Looks dated from the outside and in the hallway but the bedrooms have been modernised and were incredibly comfortable. Very clean and friendly staff who were very helpful. Great value for money and located well. Not on the seafront but only a 5 minute walk. No parking but plenty of overnight stay car parks within walking distance. Would recommend and we would stay again!

I received a nice warm welcome on arrival, and even the offer of assistance with my overnight bag to my room, which I gladly accepted. I stayed in a single room, which was small but spacious enough, well heated, with a good sized TV & nice tray with tea, coffee etc. Bedroom & bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of cereals, pastries, fruit, toast & juices, together with a full cooked breakfast which was delicious. This was excellent value for money in a good location & I will definitely stay here again.
