愛丁堡酒店太貴，為了第二天去機場方便所以預訂這裡，1600確實價格很高，但是在愛丁堡已經很有性價比了。房間面積大，但是陳舊，有些臟。

Overall Experience: This hotel offers exceptionally thoughtful service. Every staff member, from the front desk to those in the restaurant and bar, is incredibly patient and attentive. A highlight was when we got lost in Livingston at night due to unfamiliarity with the area. The front desk staff went above and beyond by driving to the bus stop to pick us up—we were truly touched by their kindness! Areas for Improvement: The main drawback is the hotel’s location, which isn’t easy to find. While driving makes access much simpler, the nearest bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away, requiring a route through a bridge tunnel (avoiding the main road). This makes transportation less convenient for non-drivers. Despite the location challenge, the outstanding service makes this hotel worth considering for those seeking warmth and hospitality.

酒店整體比較老舊，踩到地毯鋪就的地板上吱呀作響，房間也就soso了。早餐不好也不壞，同一般酒店，無驚喜。但大堂裡壁爐是真燒炭，倒很符合整個酒店的格調。酒店前面一排櫻花樹讓人眼前一亮，風吹過處，片片花瓣散落，也別有一番景緻。其他地方的櫻花都是東一棵西一棵，唯獨這裡看到一排。另外，離高速公路很近，出去很方便。

酒店設施及餐廳服務都很好， 酒店員工服務也不錯。房間床單，枕頭，浴室也很清潔。但酒店的招牌給路口的樹遮擋，尋找酒店時可能會看不到。但附近居民都很友善，問路時都願意指引。酒店附近有商場食店，很方便

If not for its location near Livingston Designer Outlet, we wouldn't have stayed here. The hotel badly needs a major renovation. The carpet is musky, the wash basin was stained & rusty & I don't remember when was the last time we saw a black rubber, chained stopper! There was more water coming out of the tub tap than the shower! There was no aircon, so we used the creaky, rumbling desk fan to circulate the air. Horrible, horrible experience!

房間面積挺大的，位置離愛丁堡有點距離，開車問題不大還可以。衞生不錯，早餐還可以，酒店自己有大草坪，價格還可以挺實惠的。
