It was freezing we called the hotel 4 times it tuck them 4 hours to come with a heaters 1 heater, the blinds on th windows was missing there was drafts we asked for a refund to book somewhere else we are still waiting on a reply they said it would be the next day before they could get more heaters but that never happened one of us has stage 4 renal disease and cannot stay in a cold damp place we explained this to the lady on the phone and to訂房網站.com and nothing was done I would avoid this place as 訂房網站.com did nothing for us also very poor from 訂房網站.com but I am going to post in social media

I had an excellent stay and will definitely be staying again.It was close to all the local attractions I have to recommend the night life as it was my grandson's birthday we had a great night out . The apartment was very well equipped and had tea coffee and milk ready for our arrival .Attention to detail was most encouraging . The bathroom was really good a lovely big shower room with sliding door and spare toilet rolls in the basin unit drawer very well thought out. The kitchen was very well equipped , a lovely set of sharp knifes something that's been missing at most of the apartments i have stayed at over the years.

Se suponía que a relajarme pero para empezar las fotos nada que ver con el lugar, unas camas todas aguadas , el piso todo descuidado, el sofá muy antiguo que no se podía hacer cama, se escuchaba la puerta cada ves que abrían los del otro flat en fin logré descansar hasta cuando regresé a mi casa ir ahí solo fue tiempo y dinero perdido.

Great apartment in the centre of the city. It had a full kitchen, bathroom. And separate bedroom so like a home from home.

Excellent stay again. Lovely big place and the staff are amazing. Close to everything and I have already booked my next stay with this company
