Extremely full of pain stay. AC didnt work to have even fresh air in room without ventilation for 4 nights. Very rude reception team who were fine with midnight checkout then getting the equipment fixed. There is no buffet breakfast, and if you paid for it, you just wasted. Rooms were not done everyday. None of the amenities mentioned in booking there.

We booked two rooms for 3 nights for us and our friends at The Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Hotel. It’s a located close to the shops, night life and Liverpool Docks. The staff were polite. The rooms were clean, however we paid extra for upgraded Superior rooms which come with upgraded amenities. One of the rooms did not have a coffee machine or fridge. Staff assured us that both rooms were Superior rooms but could not supply the missing items that we paid extra for! Not Happy.

Great location . All staff very friendly and easy to deal with . Great view of the liver building from our room . Nice bar area and nice drinks . Overall a really nice two night stay .

Weekend in Liverpool for a big birthday celebration. The Mecure was the perfect location. Great service, clean modern room and plenty of choice at breakfast. I would definitely return.
