Beautiful hotel, really helpful and friendly staff on Reception the room was perfectly clean a great size with everything you need. I sat in the bar and had drinks before going out for the evening and the bar staff were very friendly and professional and the drinks were delicious.

I’ll start with the positives. Great location by the docks and near to all facilities. An easy walk into the centre and Albert Dock & museums. The bed was very comfortable, the room large abd the check in staff welcoming. However the room lighting is dire. Very dark bathroom and bedroom not much better. Hopeless if trying to apply make up or do anything that needs light. The bathroom looking a bit shabby and almost impossible to flush the toilet. Towel rail wouldn’t heat. So many options in that area that I would probably not stay there again.
