The outstanding service, coupled with thoughtful touches like a birthday card and complimentary chocolates, made my day truly special. The luxurious room provided a comfortable and elegant space to relax and enjoy my stay. What's more, the hotel's spa is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever visited. The attention to detail and quality of treatments were second to none. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the water and offering a glimpse of the hotel's beautiful luxury apartments. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel for any occasion, as it offers an unparalleled experience that goes above and beyond expectations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at titanic hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was offered helpful information about the hotel amenities and local attractions.

Wow what a find! Really cool hotel. Bedrooms were huge and well appointed. Bar and restaurant were really good, great service from Staff and really lovely breakfast available. Hotel was a rum warehouse previously and the concierge (Michael/martin .. sorry I can’t remember his name) went out of his way to tell us about the hotel and its famous staircase and about the history of the area. I’d wholeheartedly recommend. Finishing touch was very reasonably priced on site parking.

Lovely big rooms, however can get cold due to this. However could have been a fault of our own as we didn’t alter the thermostat. Bathroom was nice but if you have the option don’t choose a bath in the room and the shower is not the best. I have stayed here previously in a shower room and they are superior. We missed out on the spa if you want to go you now have to pre book which we weren’t informed about potentially 訂房網站’s fault and not the hotel.

This is a very nice hotel, modern rooms and had some nice touches to it. Our room was very big and nice nothing wrong with it whatsoever. The service in the bar restaurant and reception wasn’t the best. Took ages to get a drink once this was ordered. The restaurant is nice but the food is poor. You are definitely better going out to a nice restaurant in town. I asked the reception if they would do something for my wife in the room as it was a special day and occasion! They left a box of chocolates for her but didn’t even sign it. And when I questioned this they said they don’t do this ? They are missing a trick here, keep your customers happy and they will come back. For example crown plaza do this and made it very special day we weren’t even expecting it too, I did mention that it was my wife’s birthday they went above and beyond unlike the Titanic Hotel who did nothing and sent emails saying we don’t do this. The thermal Spa you have to pay £20 per person for 2 hours! This was nice but expensive as it’s in the same building. The location is out of the way not ideal unless your waiting to watch football at the new Everton stadium when it’s finished being built.
