Lovely spa treatment. Head back and neck with hot rocks was amazing. The thermal bath after was a good touch. Best night sleep

Lovely big rooms, however can get cold due to this. However could have been a fault of our own as we didn’t alter the thermostat. Bathroom was nice but if you have the option don’t choose a bath in the room and the shower is not the best. I have stayed here previously in a shower room and they are superior. We missed out on the spa if you want to go you now have to pre book which we weren’t informed about potentially 訂房網站’s fault and not the hotel.

This is a very nice hotel, modern rooms and had some nice touches to it. Our room was very big and nice nothing wrong with it whatsoever. The service in the bar restaurant and reception wasn’t the best. Took ages to get a drink once this was ordered. The restaurant is nice but the food is poor. You are definitely better going out to a nice restaurant in town. I asked the reception if they would do something for my wife in the room as it was a special day and occasion! They left a box of chocolates for her but didn’t even sign it. And when I questioned this they said they don’t do this ? They are missing a trick here, keep your customers happy and they will come back. For example crown plaza do this and made it very special day we weren’t even expecting it too, I did mention that it was my wife’s birthday they went above and beyond unlike the Titanic Hotel who did nothing and sent emails saying we don’t do this. The thermal Spa you have to pay £20 per person for 2 hours! This was nice but expensive as it’s in the same building. The location is out of the way not ideal unless your waiting to watch football at the new Everton stadium when it’s finished being built.
