Location is great 👍🏼 but room was tired and needs refurbishing, Huge hole in bathroom door where it looks like someone punched it, hotel tried filling it in with filler, looks awful, shower is good 👍🏼 cobwebs everywhere, didn’t really want to have a cup of tea with the kettle provided as it wasn’t very clean. Wall lights have never had a polish and duster near them, and net curtains on window ripped and dirty. Carpet throughout the hotel looked as though its seen better days. Service was ok, for a mid week stay I thought it was quite noisy later on in evening with doors banging etc. Bed was hard and pillows were flat, felt abit nippy so had the heating on most of the night. Probably won’t stay here again unless they have a refurbishment.

The location is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. However, i was unable to persuade the shower to provide hot water at any time of day and unable to use the telly as it shared a single socket with the kettle which took ages to work out. If the plugs were labelled it would help hugely. Supplies were very basic..no soap, tea and cooffee VERY sparse. Windows didnt shut properly and no instructions on the heater in the room. But beds comfortable and it was quiet!

Very handily placed for Lime Street rail station and Queens Square bus station, the Nelson is an excellent base for exploring Liverpool, Merseyside and other attractions in the North West and North Wales. It is also ideal for overnight stays on business or entertainment 訂房網站s. Decor and furniture reflect the age of the Nelson as has to be expected. The lack of choice at breakfast was a negative on my latest stay. Overall, good value for money.

Very moldy and dirty. A lot of hair. Toilet has transparent window and is positioned directly at the shower area. Near train station.
