麗笙藍標酒店-利物浦 (Radisson Blu Hotel, Liverpool)

Good location nearby shops and the train station 5 mins walk. Basic room but clean. Shower was great and the river view was decent. Rooms are soundproof for the busy road outside which is great. Breakfast was lovely and great choice of cooked and cold food. Coffee not nice but that's personal choice. only down is no leisure facility even though there's one right next door. Noisy fan in the room

I have given The Radisson Blu Hotel all 5 grades because it's a fantastic hotel. The staff are very helpful. The hotel is spotless. Would I book a stay here again 'YES' I sure would. Thank you Raddison Blu for a wonderful stay.

Great central location. Friendly staff. Room was modern and very clean. Close to many restaurants and all that Liverpool has to offer.

Nice hotel but a little old. Needs paint and new carpet etc. Rooms don't have a fridge. Windows don't open and the AC is in need of being updated. Staff are very friendly

Great hotel.

Decent hotel with a good river view of Mersey which is to the south of the Irish Sea. Breakfast could be added with more choices and the flush system in the toilet could be upgraded as well.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked Radisson Blu Liverpool expecting a 4-star stay, but what we got felt closer to 3 stars at best. Radisson’s own site presents the hotel as a Radisson Blu property in Liverpool with standard guest services, which made the actual experience even more disappointing. The room was far too hot. We reported it on Wednesday at 7:30 pm and were told guest relations would deal with it. Nobody came. We were given a fan on the first night, but it did not cool the room down. On Thursday, I went downstairs again to complain. Manager told me they already knew about the issue, which meant we had effectively been fobbed off the night before. I made it clear I did not want to stay in a hot room and expected action. Nothing meaningful was done. There was no note in the room, no water, and no proper follow-up. There were also multiple maintenance and service failures: bathtub plug damaged at check-in, leaving standing water in the tub on the first night security peephole/lock broken no replenishment of water room set up for two people but only one chair provided until I specifically requested a second chair desk far too low and impractical for a tall guest visible hole/gap where the fridge should have been compared with the website images TV too small for the size of the room bed too soft and too low The problems extended beyond the room. The business centre had only one seat and not a proper desk chair. The main artwork in the lobby had a lot of dust visible on it. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was a pattern of poor maintenance, poor communication, and a complete lack of care from management. A hotel charging for two guests should provide a room properly set up for two guests as standard. I would not stay here again.

It was a lovely stay throughout. We had a lovely view of the waterfront from our room. The staff were friendly and kind. The rooms and facilities were great, it was nice and clean. it was close to the city centre and station.

We checked-in quite late, but was helped instantly by a member of staff. Very efficient. Breakfast was great, with a lot of different options. I did however find a used mug and spoon in our room, but as we checked-in late, we didnt go and complain.

We had a lovely stay. The standard hotel room was very spacious, bed very comfortable, room very clean and really nice decor. Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, homemade baked bread and a good selection of hot and cold options. The White Bar was a great place for food and drinks. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.
