來利物浦小住了幾天，這家在坡上，但離萊姆街站也不遠，private room性價比很高，整體很滿意了。我那個房間衞生間燈壞了，反正前台每次都是比我還著急，但到走也沒人修

It's centrally located. The beds are comfortable, and the sheets are clean. However, the bathrooms could be cleaned more carefully. The rooms are newly renovated, so there are some shortcomings. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The welcome was cold, and the room was not much better. The bottom bunk privacy rail is broken, and the room was really cramped, and the bathroom was dirty and shabby full of mold. Would never stay hear again

Not a great experience to say the least checked in at 3pm and left at 4pm in search of somewhere cleaner. The place is not as described in the photos it’s pretty dank and grimy. The staff on the counter when we checked in was very shirty about having a photo ID to check in which I had never encountered before outside of China. Upon producing ID and being directed to the room we discovered the lift was extremely old and barely big enough for two people the door banged my friend on the arm so we decided to take the stairs. The room looked like it had had a very basic clean the walls were grimy and a piece of chewing gum was stuck on a rail behind the bed. The two single beds were rickety and uncomfortable. The bathroom had grime on the shower cubicle and was generally worse for ware When we decided to leave the ground floor was like a swimming pool where the staff were mopping the floor to the point where I almost fell over. We’d booked for two nights so asked for a refund for the 2nd night in the hope that they’d be fair enough to refund for one night but to no avail. Very disappointing with the level of customer service and hygiene standards.
