Check-in on 訂房網站 was stated as 11am, but we were told upon arrival that it was actually at 3pm. Early check-in was available, but only for an additional £25, which didn’t align with the information provided. The check-out time was also incorrect—it was listed as 2pm, but in reality it was 12pm (though this was a minor issue for me since I left at 9am). The location was okay overall. Cleanliness could definitely be improved—one of my roommates mentioned that her bed was damp, and there were several bugs flying around the room. As for the facilities, the shower water was cold unless set at a very specific position. I managed to figure it out, but my friends couldn’t, so they had to switch to the bathtub and use their hands to pour water over themselves.

The thing that made this 訂房網站 great was the service! We stayed twice in a week because we were flying out of Liverpool and back into Liverpool. On the second stay, Hassan ensured we got into our room safely despite it being 2am, and sent us our room number and key code in advance so we weren’t stranded. He was really helpful and we appreciated it a lot! In the morning we were brought some teabags which were definitely needed! The building could definitely do with a refurb and some damp treatment but the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were clean. Prices were really decent too. Just near lark lane and Sefton park so lots of things to do and eat!

The hotel is in a great location and for one night does just the job. The hairdryer was great and the little toiletries were a nice touch. Beds very comfortable too! Hassan was very helpful and polite thank you! There’s an accessible ramp at the side of the building too which was a lifesaver as we had heavy cases!
