Booked this hotel by mistake rang up 5 minutes with in the booking time n never got my money back

Apartment location was good but everything else was bad. Furniture old and torn; TV remote keys unreadable; landing instructions poor; they said parking is available, but was not, we parked far away in public car park, no aircon and only 1 fan for two rooms; iron plank broken; suggest you guys remove them from your list, or downgrade them to 2 Star facility. Just felt very disappointed with the facility itself. The location is good though.
