酒店位置有利物浦市中心，若果不想在Lime Station走路到酒店，可以乘Merseyrail,一個站便到Liverpool Central,非常方便。入住當天中午已到利物浦，原本想先到酒店寄存行李才出去遊玩，但到酒店大膽一問是否可提早check-in,職員提出若果我們申請會員便可以，非常感謝。房間頗大。尤其是洗手間。

I booked a double bedroom and requested ensuite bathroom with a bath tub . When I arrived for check in only the reception said they dont have it . So compared to the cost of £297/ + £16 breakfast and early check in £25/- Compared to facilities and cost per night it would have been better to get a 5 start hotel at that rate . It is an apartment with separate cubicles of WC, Shower room and bedroom . For meetings and short stay I's rather book another hotel..

Convenient location. But, the staff were quite busy and not very helpful. No one answered my phone as I’d like to call for help to deal with the malfunction of a hairdryer. I needed to go to the lobby in person to seek help. In the end, still no one came to handle the broken hairdryer. I left my hair wet for hours until it turned dry before going to sleep.

酒店位置方便, 類近火車站, 去Albert Dock, Beatles Story, Liverpool One等地方都可以走過去；附近有很多吃的地方, 訂的房間很舒適和清潔, 有小廚房可以煮食； 酒店職員很友善, 提出的查詢和要求都迅速地處理了. 很滿意, 值得推薦!

キッチンが付いていて非常に便利でした。 Liverpool Central station の隣、Liverpool Lime Street Stationからも5分くらい、スーパーや飲食店も近くにあり場所も便利でした。ホテルの前は夜も賑やかそうでしたが、隣の部屋や近隣の音も聞こえず施設內はとても靜かでした。
