很棒的酒店，位置在利物浦港邊上，中心位置，出門就是美惠三女神，去這裡大部份景點都可以步行半小時範圍內到達。酒店設施符合歐洲五星標準，服務人員很友善，特別是門口的老爺爺，穿著笑容都很紳士。下次來利物浦還會住這家酒店！

The only downside was with "訂房網站" themselves, as when booking my room for 2 adults and one child, the conformation confirmed so, but when checking in the room was booked for 2 adults only, the manageress explained it was not their fault , and told me that this is not the first time that this has occured and we the guests are left bewilderd why this can happen, "SO 訂房網站 PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND SORT THIS MESS OUT, from Paul

Was a little disappointed with our stay unfortunately, we chose this hotel due to it having a pool which was freezing so not a great start, and a few small things like loose taps in the bathroom and the plug was stuck in the bath which meant we were stood in cold water while showering, the breakfast was good and the staff were great but 4 star hotel it was not.
