Got there to check in and they couldn't find none of our booking details our names or nothing but she was such a lovely lady didn't get the type of room we asked and paid for but she got us a room so I can't complain on the hotels halves 訂房網站s behalf is a different story

Clean, spacious disabled room ( not requested) only issue was the toilet seat was loose which should have been picked up during cleaning. Wetherspoons across the road for all your F&B requirements. Well done.

I had a lovely stay, the bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The staff in particular are very friendly, efficient and accommodating. The location is central and convenient for the Albert Dock area and the Liverpool One shopping centre.

Great location in the heart of the city. Was given a huge family room instead of a standard room. Happy with the service and overall experience. Extractor fan in the bathroom can't be turned off so the noise could be an issue. If cleaned would be less noisy!

不錯的酒店，訂了特大床房，結果給了一個家庭房，房間很大，有燒水壺！入住的時候前台會給你他們酒店自製的利物浦地圖，熱情的告訴你各個景點在哪裡怎麼走。地鐵出門右拐就到。去阿爾伯特碼頭就過條馬路，去哪兒都方便，不過也許是因為靠近碼頭的緣故，風非常非常大。酒店的大堂比較小，如果碰到退房和入住的高峰期可能會很擠。

這家酒店性價比超高！從房內設施和衞生程度上看完全不像是一家三星酒店，而完全是四星酒店級別，整個房間非常乾淨而且寬敞，而且位置極佳，距離河邊和披頭士雕像步行僅需5分鐘，我認為是一家我會回顧的酒店！
