Staff was excellent, check in out was a breeze. Free parking outside hotel. Petrol kiosk and supermarket nearby. Location was chosen because near-ish to Anfield, 10 minutes. Beside a main road with some road noise but did not affect sleep.  Room is standard Travelodge but unfortunately carpet stained and reeked of old animal pee. Had to open window most times. Otherwise space is adequate for a family of 4, heating and hot water functioning well. Kettle and tea/coffee available. Toilet is large with bathtub. Towels and shower gel provided.
