Had a fantastic stay, your staff are a absolutely FANTASTIC they are all so efficient, had a issue with my room but as it wasn't found till late in the evening but I was in a clean fresh room by 11 the next morning. As for your staff the tall blonde lady can't rambert her name super polite and on the ball, and as for Collette she made me feel so welcome and she treated me like I was a returning customer and it was my first time staying at the hotel, she is a asset to you and the hotel, also the bar team I met were amazing too and your house keeper I spoke too was so appreciated of me *****ping the beds for her when I changed over rooms, all your staff are AMAZING. Thank you to all of you guys and yes I will be returning ASAP.

I didnt stay here, as i had to switch a flight last minute. No money refunded of course 🙄, but what i didnt like was how this hotel tries to hide what it really is through the cover photo they use of a grand station… the reality is a small hotel accessed by a tiny staircase above two cheap as chips irish/theme bars with loud music and old men drinking outside… i went inside so i feel qualified to write this. The staff were very nice, but its dishonest not to be upfront about the poor location, especially for couples or families. Feels like a real dive in the lime st/cavern quarter ‘trashy’ area of the city (liverpool as a whole is AMAZING though) and the photo they use on 訂房網站.com is not representative

Just a one night stay for my 60th birthday staff extremely helpful and kindly gave me a complimentary bottle of wine. Very comfortable room and plush surroundings not a noise nuisance at all considering it’s surrounded by bars one small downfall is no lift to the third floor we’re the deluxe rooms are based
