Absolutely dire service - booking confirmed and payment taken for our 訂房網站. The confirmation stated the front desk was open till 9pm but there was no front desk! There was a door with a key number but no number was given in the confirmation. Called Trip and they couldn't get hold of the hotel so we had to pay 訂房網站le what we'd booked to get a hotel at the last minute!
