Absolutely dire service - booking confirmed and payment taken for our 訂房網站. The confirmation stated the front desk was open till 9pm but there was no front desk! There was a door with a key number but no number was given in the confirmation. Called Trip and they couldn't get hold of the hotel so we had to pay 訂房網站le what we'd booked to get a hotel at the last minute!

One of the most horrible experience I had. Staff forgot that I was checking in and then when i called the hotline, it routed me to some call centre and the staff there did not have my booking and messed it up completely. The 訂房網站.com help desk was also horrible as a 5 min wait became a 1.5hr delay. It was omly aft i called the number displayed and then had to wait somemore then the hotel manager got back and said he forgot to send me the code for self check in Dont ever book this hotel. No shampoo, no housekeeping, No AC
