Avoid this company and place… will try to be succinct
Travelling with 3 kids from Scotland
1. On train down to Liverpool (day of arrival) got WhatsApp saying flat could not be used and moved us to Wood Street (on Sat night) not appropriate given 3 kids and noise of city centre. Refused this and was put back to Monarchs Quay. Very poor start
2. Flat was not clean and badly marked throughout
3. Danger - woke up to flooded kitchen as there was a known leak under sink. Someone had put a pot underneath the sink to catch the drip (hoping I guess to avoid detection) but had overflowed and huge puddle on floor. We slipped on surface water. Also, pot was left beside a live plug socket - unacceptable (see picture)
4. Main door - did not close and felt unsafe. Anyone could walk into property and felt unsafe especially for young family. Certainly would not be comfy for women or family to stay here as felt unsafe. Reported to happy days who said they would send someone out to look at and fix but did not. Was open and unsafe all weekend. If you get inside you would understand why it felt so unsafe, very isolated.
5. State - blind fell off fixture when tried to use it
6. Customer service - dreadful. WhatsApp assistant took no responsibly. When asked for compliant to be raised said they would. When asked for update again said they would raise, 3 weeks later promised a call from a manager the next day - no call. Then said they don’t deal with complaints- so lied for 3 weeks.
7. Finally after having to email from Katie who ignored all key points, displaying a key lack of understanding of customer service. Finally, said she looked forward to me leaving a review so she could comment on it!!! Unreal
Very poor company, very poor stay and highly dangerous organisation… will leave people looking at reviews to mar own assessment ok the water leakage beside the electric socket. Should be investigated!
