The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Although we had originally booked a room without a window, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room with a beautiful view. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The only thing that would have improved our stay further would be the addition of coffee and tea-making facilities in the room.

It’s our second time to choose this economical hotel.  It is a cost effective option and the location is very convenient enough that made us access to Liverpool city centre very easily.  Just a few steps.

Location: Central Cleaning: Excellent  Staff: Very well behaved and nice towards the customers The price is fit for the services and space you get. The rooms might be small for some, but for the price, it was a good deal.

We didn’t book for breakfast, so we don’t know the food. The price is alright and not much noise. The bed has some hair and smell bad but for this price, fair enough. Overall, good location and good service
