酒店跟最近的地鐵站距離5分鐘步程, 但要注意這站月台到車站大堂只有往上的手扶梯, 從大堂到地面更只有樓梯, 攜帶大型行李的最好乘坐巴士前往。從酒店步行到市中心的Rossio車站約需15分鐘,我每天為了省交通費用也是步行來來往市中心的。入住前飯店與我聯系查詢入住時間, 所以務必回覆一下, 因為職員有時會外出了的。酒店接待處在三樓右面的一個單位, 我的房間在二樓右面的一個單位, 同一樓層左面的單位是當地人的住宅, 所以注意不要錯按門鈴, 從地面到各樓層都有小型電梯到達的,每一單位都有多間房共用3個洗手間, 其中一間只有坐廁的, 另外他們放了些臭丸在洗手盤, 可能是防蚊蟲的, 所以洗手間內有臭丸的味道, 比較奇怪但可接受, 而浴缸的防漏膠邊都有些黑色黴菌, 至於房間方面床鋪都很清潔漧淨, 只是有些位置, 例如牆腳線、電製延伸線(拖把)上有些塵埃, 如果有潔癖的話便要注意一下。另外每一樓層都有一間用餐區, 有提供微波爐、冰箱及熱水器, 方便用餐, 也有露台方便吸菸人士。我住的204號房間有一小小的露台, 可以看到28號電車站的, 所以大清早有機會被電車經過的聲音吵醒, 對於比較容易被嘈音吵醒的人建議帶備耳塞。距離酒店5分鐘步程有一中型超市, 方便採購食物。由於我是在復活節旺季期間入住, 所以每晚能以連稅價港幣四百不到的價錢入住單人房是超值的。另外值得一提是這裡的職員都很友善, 熱心幫忙, 更提我憑房間鎖匙到樓下斜對面的餐廳會有折扣優惠的。

Decent little apartment in a nice district of Lisbon, around 20 mins walk from the old town. Has a lidl around the corner and a nice cafe right next door. Is shared with people who I believe live there 24/7 so have to be mindful. Only complaint is booked double room got given single but not a huge issue.

I loved the location. The historic 28E line of the streetcar passed by the door with the stop just a block down the hill. The Metro, which I relied on completely to explore the city, was just two and a half blocks away. Dozens of restaurants in the neighbourhood with loads more down the many twisting side streets. I also loved the historic nature of the building and accommodations. The well worn, possibly centuries old, spiral staircase with its interior space now filled with an elevator, were a great introduction to the European experience I was looking for. I arrived later in the evening and hadn't received the latest email asking for an updated arrival time but, once contact was made, getting registered proved easy enough. I sign at the front door would be helpful.

Is a apartment with many rooms and shared toilets. Only refrigerator n microwave, no stove. Not near to any tousirty place or metro but tram 28 is at the corner but it cost euro 3.20 for a ride

Is a walk in apartment, shared toilet, 2 shower room cum wc, one wc only no shower room. Total 3. We stay on first floor, it is situated in a junction where tram 28 n other trasm intersection point. So a bit noisy whole day long but I am OK. I am not a fancy person. But kitchen only microwave but have plates and cups and cutlery and a refrigerator. So is OK to me. It is not near to metro station. Not near to any touristy area. Have lift. No aircon. Just fan. I go during November so it is OK at night but hot in day time. Other season you know how. Very Indian style decoration as owner is Indian but I am OK.
