Fun hostel type hotel in a fairly central area. Basic rooms, decent restaurant and bar, good breakfast. Helpful front desk. Nice rooftop bar. Mixed crowd of families and young couples. Slow lifts and bit of a queue at the front desk as limited staff. No hotel parking but parking nearby.

Nice hipster hotel with rooftop bar! Cool atmosphere in the restaurant/bar downstairs at lobby. Super friendly staff and they have a DJ in the evenings so can enjoy your evening there. Location was a little far from the central but not too bad…connected to a lot of public transport and can walk to the main areas in 20-30min. Clean and spacious rooms. Only thing would love to have had a kettle in the room and cups or glasses to have wine or coffee.

位置挺好的 離奢侈品街很近 附近很安全 酒店很新很時尚 雖然面積不大 但是顏值很高 入住的按金是50歐 很合理 退房第二天退回到賬了 酒店沒有健身房有點可惜

地點蠻方便的，可以步行到很多景點，打車到機場20分鐘左右。但是房間偏小，行李打開衹能塞床底，不然會擋路那種。個人覺得衹適合短住一兩天那種

Mama Lisbon is a lovely hotel, unfortunately they closed the rooftop bar on the last day we were there for a private function, nobody was informed of this in advance & it kinda ruined our last night in Lisbon plans... Beds are great, bar & wait staff friendly & a good location.

It is a perfect place for our stay in Lisbon. It is located central (only 20mins from the airport and it costs you £20 for taxi transfer 🙌🙌) The room is clean and lovely and the staff are so so nice. This is our second time using Mama Shelter (one in Lisbon and one in London) :)

Fantastic service from front desk and all around. A chic hotel with a very nice bar. We hung out there for nightcap most nights and had a great time. Selection for tv entertainment some of the best I’ve seen in any hotel.
