里斯本歐洲之星環球酒店 (Eurostars Universal Lisboa)

Tudo perfeito, desde o quarto, limpeza, acomodações, até ao pessoal, todos muito simpáticos. A piscina exterior no 16o. piso está aberta 24h, pelo que ainda tivemos a experiência de a utilizar de noite, pois estava uma noite fantástica. Iremos voltar!

Foi muito muito bom, desde o momento da recepção na hora do check-in até ao pequeno-almoço. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos, a comida cinco estrelas. Amei tudo e voltarei com toda a certeza. Obrigada Eurostars.

The bed was comfortable, the towels were large snd soft, the shower was amazing. The lighting in the bathroom and the room were bright! So nice to be able to see doing my makeup and getting dressed. It a small room but fine for 1 person. It was clean and I was very comfortable. Also I loved the location right near the water and was able to run on the biking jogging walking paths along the water. It felt safe clean and more "local' as opposed to staying in the xity center with all the tourists and traffic. It was an easy 15 min uber ride into the city and I never had to wait long for an Uber. I would stay here again. The only negative waa rhe gym. You cannot fit more than 1 person innthe gym at a time. Also my room had a slight body odor smell. Not so overwhelming that I had to move rooms but it was just noticeable when I walked in but then It went away but still something I dod mention to the front desk and they were very apologetic and took care of it. The staff are very friendly ans helpful. Really great hotel. Price was right too!

최고의 위치, 서비스로 편안한 숙박을 하고 떠납니다. 항상 머무르는 곳인데 언제나 기대이상 이였어요.

酒店的服務很好，中午到達時暫時沒有房間入住，但是儘快給安排。臨行當天又給延遲到1 pm退房，十分貼心。 房間乾淨整潔，並且提供牙刷梳子等，有點小驚喜。酒店有泳池，衹是時間不合適並沒有體驗。 周邊沒有太多可以逛的地方，或者説我並沒有探索。距離海邊不遠，距離地鐵站Cabo Ruivo走路7-8分鐘，比較方便，尤其是沒行李的時候。

The restaurant was exceptional with a lovely setting, brilliant food and top class customer service from the supervisor. Well worth the money, many thank you.

地理位置優越，步行就能到達地鐵站和火車站。 房間很寬敞明亮乾淨，設計獨特的風格，鬧中取靜，酒店隔壁有餐廳，非常方便。早餐非常多元化和豐富。價格物有所值，服務非常好。

離火車軌道比較近，噪音大

五星級酒店停車還需要每天20歐元的停車費也是第一次見了，連住兩天第二天沒給續上水和咖啡😅，房間裝修不錯但是很小，衞生巾有發黴的黑點點
