My flight to Lisbon got delayed and I did not have time anymore to reach the hotel before the 11pm closing time. I tried to reach them to discuss the situation and they were unresponsive. Once I managed to have someone on the phone they were not helpful at all and didn't really care if I was going to sleep under a bridge.
They also told me that they were going to refund me the next day, which they have not done and now the person is just ghosting me.
Bon rapport qualité prix... un bon accueil, très proche du métro Intendente.
