Really excellent. The best place to stay in portgal from a purely amenities /experience. Note it is a little out of the way, so not the best place to stay if you want to explore Lisbon. But it is a really great experience.

The main building of the hotel is a refurbished palace, which is unique and beautiful. Staff service is exceptional, guiding you through every part of the hotel, since your arrival and till your departure.

What the website shows photos is full window but actually they gave small window , check in stuff was rude , checkout we tried calling to get our luggage no one picked up for 15 min so we had to drag all 4 bags to lobby which was 500 meters away , hotel so lovely , spay and pool was helpful for excercise but staff can be improved in check in and checkout

Wonderful stay - did not expect the hotel to be so grand from the photos but was very amazed on arrival. Everything classic and immaculate, with excellent breakfasts and service throughout our 5 day stay.

Me cobraron por duplicado el importe de la habitación, tenia la estancia preparada a través de 訂房網站 y me cobraron de nuevo alegando que no. Posteriormente he tenido ambos cargos y sigo reclamando sin éxito. El hotel está alejado y dependes siempre del taxi. El desayuno no fue lo esperado. El hotel estaba abarrotado y no hubo opción de sentarnos en la terraza, dentro hacía calor y aunque venden que el zumo es natural es de bote. Servicio correcto pero muy lento. La piscina esta en sombra toda la tarde y encontrar una ama a disponible es una aventura. Francamente hay mejores opciones en Lisboa y probablemente más económicas ya que yo sigo reclamando el reembolso del pago duplicado. El servicio de postventa es nefasto, no contestan a los correos y sigo intentando por todos los medios recuperar mi dinero.
