Great hotel !! Close from metro station, and the room was very clean, nice equipments, amenities, and the bedding was super comfortable. The service/staff during check in felt a bit unfriendly - he didn't explain about the hotel facilities so we found out at the very end that there was a gym and outdoor area.

Roubaram minha Jaqueta que estava no Armário dentro do quarto. Fizemos to checkout às 12:00 e esquecemos um Sobretudo e uma Jaqueta dentro do armário. Ao notarmos a falta, liguei no hotel informando onde estava as 2 peças esquecidas. O atendente informou que apenas 1 sobretudo tinha sido encontrado e a Jaqueta “desapareceu” . Após muita insistência, Consegui falar com a gerente do Hotel que inicialmente não quiz me atender, e que demonstrou pouca Preocupação com a situação. Péssima, perigoso esse hotel. Não recomendo.

Lots of weird quirks with the room. The sink kept gurgling every 40 seconds. The whole room’s lights and blinds resets anytime someone leaves the room (with the key still in). Lights that need to be turned and aligned exactly to turn off (no buttons). Otherwise, happy that there’s free refilled coffee pods and a steamer iron in the room. Place is gorgeous otherwise!
