El apartamento está muy bien equipado, sobre todo la cocina, tiene de todo. Lo malo es que estábamos en el piso de abajo y vimos un par de cucarachas. Intuyo que es algo frecuente en los pisos bajos y antiguos de Lisboa. Tuvimos problemas con 訂房網站 en el check in, no nos llegó el código de acceso a la puerta. Menos mal que justo salían otros turistas y pudimos entrar para hacer el check in en la máquina.

There is no toilet paper to use you need to bring your own the sofa is terribly dirty I was one person to check in and pay 4€ city tax but I was asked by the machine to pay 12€ for one night or else there is no one to help so you will stay out and no access, my recommendation is you better sleep in the street rather than this dirty place

Everything was good from the location to the amenities. However, some things to be wary of: 1) the check in process was very lengthy 2) when calling the hotel, it went to voicemail 3) there were lots and lots of cockroaches!!!

I was worried the condition of the room when I searched and saw exterior wall which looked very old. But when I checked in, the interior of the room seemed to be renovated and clean. The owner responds and informed what we need in time on the phone such as access code and blackout. There is a tram/bus E28 stop right in front of the house and accessible to main line of Metro and other tram/bus line. Overall it was convenient and pleasant stay. Thanks

The facility itself is good. Housekeeping is done every day. However, there is a serious problem in this apartment. From September 2024, the municipality set tourist tax 4 euro/day, This is exclusively expensive. In addition to that, the management company charged me three times of the amount as tips, it means 72.euro total not 24 euro, as I stayed for 6 nights alone. Nobody can deny this, as it is a machine process and you can't get the room key number without the payment. I could get the pdf receipt after check out asking sometimes. Although I protested this payment after the check out many times, but the company has never tried to correspondent with me and of course no cash back from the apartment. It is almost criminal!

Well equipped apt in centre of Lisbon, good stay for 3-4 pp. Service was good, checking in very easy and despite of the central location it was very silent at night. Only downside points: reaching the apartment implies a steep walk of about 10 minutes, the bathroom is clean but had a strong fried chicken smell (no idea where that came from) and the bedroom has no a/c.
