여기 위치랑 시설도 너무 좋고요 아주 깔끔하고 꼭 추천드립니다 무릉도원에 온거 같은 그런 느낌적인 느낌이 듭니다 서비스도 괜찮습니다

The location is really good and the flat is comfortable with everything we need, super good location and lift on the build, the only thing is missing is a lugagge store place. :(

Spacious rooms, great balcony view on upper levels.

我們訂的是豪華一臥室公寓，包含一張雙人床及兩張單人床，但是到公寓發現所有設備都與網站陳述吻合，但就只有一張雙人床及一張梳化，這方面與在網站上看到的有點不一樣，在網站圖片上看到明明是有兩張床的，我還以為是拍攝角度的問題，所以沒有拍出第三張床。 然後便聯繫公寓的服務員瞭解狀況，服務員騎電單車過來後（因為服務員並不駐點），即場把梳化底拉出一張床，表示這就是兩張單人床，然後梳化那張床只有枕頭與被子，根本沒提供床單（幸好我們有自備），實在令人有點驚慌。 我們隨即把網站的圖片展示給服務員看，服務員表示這是兩間不同風格的豪華一臥室公寓圖片，不是同一間，兩張單人床的概念，就是一張梳化床拉開變成兩張單人床，服務員對於我們的理解與實際存在落差表示遺憾，反正我們最後也就只能住下來了，其實幾天下來睡得也是挺舒服的。 除了上面的問題之外，公寓還是挺宜居和安靜的，很適合休息；大大的露台可以俯瞰舊城區的漂亮景色，去景點也是很方便，走路也能到，不過斜路就有點多，這方面要有心理準備，要穿舒適的鞋；周邊的餐廳與酒吧也很多，還有經典小電車就在旁邊。

Lisbon Service Apt is a reputable brand, albeit known for its distinctive check-in procedures. Having navigated this process previously, I approached it with confidence. It is highly recommended to complete the online check-in in advance, as it requires the input of numerous details. While not straightforward, I successfully completed this step. Unfortunately, the system subsequently crashed, resulting in a double charge for the tourist tax. I promptly contacted them, and they assured me a refund would be processed, which, however, did not occur. Upon arrival, it was still necessary to utilize their on-site panel to retrieve the access password. This system also experienced a crash and could not be rebooted. Their customer service phone was inoperable. Fortunately, I had access to a personal phone to contact their helpline. They then provided the necessary access code via SMS.

Great view and spacious rooms. Though the rain shower and the bathroom hair dryer plug didn’t work in one of the 2 rooms we rented.
