對旅客來說，這是一個好的地方，地鐵火車電車就在附近，從機場到旅館也是40分鐘左右，很方便到達，去哪裡也很便利，留在里斯本的三天，住這裡真的不用擔心花很多時間去每個地方。房間夠大，尤其是洗手間，若果可以在沖涼的地方加一些掛衣物的設施便更好。以這個價錢來說，住在旅遊區，性價比高。

The hotel is located right next to the Bica elevator. Thanks to people in the reviews I was able to find the place easily (the glass door is to left from the entrance to the Milkman). We left our luggage on the 2nd floor in the lockers (2€ per locker). The check-in machine on the 1st floor wasn’t working so we had to use the phone next to it to check in. Overall, the procedure was easy, but it would be much more convenient if the property sent the link to pay the city tax beforehand. The room had everything we needed and it was very clean and , unfortunately, our room had a view of the wall. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The location is very superior. The entrance is located at the entrance. There is a restaurant next to the mountain cable car. There will be a door next to it. Follow the instructions in the email and enter the password to enter the serviced residence. After entering, there is a self-service check-in machine, but there may be a network problem, so when paying, there will be a chance that there will be problems, which is worth dealing with.

Really nice place to stay, great location, great view from our window, clean, easy to check in, but they wanted too many details about us, including town where all people staying were born. Very difficult to find the door to go in, it's actually inside the Milkman restaurant, on the left, and not very well signalised, that's why i posted a photo of the door

Best location just on top of the attraction, it’s not noisy at all. Self check in is kind of challenging but manageable.

地理位置非常優越：距離里斯本各類景點步行可到。樓下5分鐘有網紅市場，吃飯很方便。步行10分鐘，有火車站，早上8點出門，火車站的超市也有早餐售賣。旁邊的星巴克也很方便。房間面積很大，落地窗正對街景。衹是辦理入住有點麻煩，需要先近到走廊用自動入住機器。2樓可以寄存行李，需要準備2歐硬幣。

Location is excellent. Easy to go downtown within two metro stations. A little bit more than half an hour to Belem District. Well-equipped apartment with comfortable beds and other facilities. Even though no breakfast will be served in the apartment, there are many restaurants nearby. Will definitely recommend this apartment to those going to visit Lisbon.

★1もつけたくないくらいです。まず、チェックインがとても分かりづらく、たまたま既に宿泊している人が部屋から出てきて教えてくれたので部屋に入れました。話を聞くと、その人たちも私たちと同様に前日チェックインが出來ず困ったとのこと。チェックアウト後に、宿に設置されているロッカー(2€)に荷物を預けようとお金を入れましたが、ドアが閉まらず、更にお金も戻ってきませんでした。すぐに宿に設置されているサポートに繋がる電話で問い合わせましたが、「ロッカーは私たちが管理しているわけではないので」とサポートを拒否し、一方的に電話を切られました。ロッカーはチェックインの日もチェックアウトの日も全て空いている狀況だったので、恐らく同様に使用を試みて使用できなかった人が沢山いたかと思います。それであれば、使用不可にする等の対応を取るべきです。お金だけ払わせてただの詐欺です。今回の件でチェックイン時にもチェックアウト時にも対応に時間をとられ、観光時間が削られたり精神的に參ってしまったため、快適な旅行をしたい方はこちらの宿は選ばないことをおすすめします。
