因為是公寓，全程自助系統操作獲取房間號和密碼，服務就沒，給個3分因為自助機器配置了電話，如遇到問題可以尋求幫助。夠公寓設施肯定比不了酒店，但整體都很乾凈衞生。位置十分中心，屬於景點核心區，步行到商業廣場和baixa都很近，吃的也多。Tips：由於房間較小，最多2人。

전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였으나 몇가지 개선되야 할 점이 있어 보인다. 숙박세가 2배로 청구되었지만 호텔측과 연락이 잘 안되어 좀 별로였다. 주방식기도 그렇고 전반적으로 참 깨끗하고 좋았으나 숙소 밖이 좀 씨끄러우며 엘레베이터 고장으로 5층까지 캐리어들고 이동이 상당히 힘들었다. 이 두가지 요소 이외에는 만족스러운 숙소였다. 뷰는 좋다.

Checking procedures was confusing. Email did not provide a clear instructions, said refer to instructions on the voucher, but no instructions found on the voucher. The room was too small for 3 people. Bathroom was extremely small. Same as the kitchenette Everything was clean. I feel for the size of the place, price was too much. I won't choose this place again.

El apartamento estaba bastante bien, muy bien localizado y bastante limpio. Lo único que el ascensor estuvo más de 24 horas sin funcionar y al estar en la planta de arriba se hizo un poco pesado tener que subir y bajar 5 pisos todo el rato. Y encima saltó la alarma de incendios por error a las 8 de la mañana y se tuvo que desalojar el edificio entero, algo que también trastornó un poco a todo el mundo. No obstante el apartamento está genial, muy bien equipado

Habitación pequeña pero muy bien ubicada, luminosa, limpia y con todo lo esencial. El espacio esta muy bien optimizado y los electrodomésticos funcionan genial.

The checking process for this apartment was the most painful part ever, they have left things to technology but their tech didn’t seem to work . After 30 mins call with advisor in middle of night finally we checked in our room., One miss at 訂房網站’s side is that I was never provided the correct booking number starting with 6 which was to be used for machine check in which caused all the confusion and time wastage. The room and location itself were ok and walkable to most shopping, eating and attractions in Lisbon. We took apartment for 4 which has a double bed and 2 single sofa beds up and down , overall apartment is small for 4 but functional in small space.
