組尼旅館 (Zuni Guest House)

超棒超級乾淨的旅館，初次拜訪里斯本就留下非常開心的住宿體驗。除了地理位置感覺有些複雜、沒有電梯這兩點之外，其他都非常好！每天都會有人清掃，這住宿品質配上這價格，會讓人很想再多住幾天！大推💓

住宿位於二樓，沒電梯對於有大件行李很不方便,房間無衛浴須公用，房間於大馬路邊有點吵且無空調只有電扇開窗有點噪音，住宿用訊息聯絡繳城市稅及告知相關訊息，有微波供加熱食物.

가성비 생각하면 정말 최고에요! 1박기준 인당 3만원정도로 묵었고, 숙소에 조리시설이 있어서 식비또한 절감하기 용이했어요. 걸어서 5분 정도 거리에 있는 pingo doce에서 주로 식료품을 구매했고, 과일은 숙소 바로 옆에 과일가게가 가장 저렴했어요. 다만 엘레베이터가 없고 문 잠금장치가 살짝 불편했어요. 방음이 좋지 않은 편이라 잠귀가 밝으신 분들이라면 힘드실 수도 있어요. 물, 칫솔, 치약, 일회용 슬리퍼, 샴퓨등 기본적인 어메니티 또한 없습니다. 가성비있는 절약여행을 하신다면 전반적으로 추천합니다!

The guesthouse itself was satisfying and well kept, on a good location. No complaints here and if I were to review only the facilities, it'd be a high rating. However, we encountered an unpleasant situation upon arrival, which is only my experience that slightly downgrades the overall stay. 1. Check in is late, in my opinion (3pm), especially as compared to check out (10am), and as we landed to Lisbon hours before the check in, we couldn't wait to get to our room. 2. Check in is self made, which means the customer does the work for the property (which isn't so cheap after all), and even though we'd done our part, we never received our code for entering the building. Coming 2:30 pm we sent first request for the info, which turned into two more, only to get it after 3pm. 3. Upon arrival, we were stopped and asked to provide all the info that we had already provided in online check in, meaning that there actually is a reception that does the check in. So we had to deal with that again. Which is all fine and wouldn't be a problem if the didn't 4. Ask for 20+% on top of the price we paid, claiming it as city tax (which is probably true), but our receipt clearly stated that the taxes and costs are all covered and we paid the final price. 5. I showed the receipt and then it happened what makes me write a somewhat bad review here - we were told that it is a mistake (fine, it happens) on 訂房網站.com and that we need to pay this, around 25% extra, city tax, regardless the receipt we had claiming the opposite. The answer to my complaint about this was: pay it or cancel the stay. And that attitude/approach on their side is what really makes it difficult - they had been bombarding me with emails about our stay for days before our arrival, but mostly to emphasize the house rules - don't take too long in the bathroom because it's shared, which is another story when you pay that amount but have to limit yourself and share a bathroom, don't be loud, etc... but never have they ever remembered to mention this extra tax, even though they were well aware of the (allegedly) 訂房網站.com mistake. Only to tell us to pay or cancel. 6. Of course we paid, and here I must give it to 訂房網站.com, that promptly responded to this issue and solved it. Kudos to the customer support (Mons, I think). Booking would never! To sum it up - the stay was great as far as it goes for the facilities, comfort, location etc... the initial attitude and approach (unwillingness to take our side into account) was what downgrades it. Especially after waiting for this late check in and then wasting additional 2hours to deal with the issue.

Nice place. Very clean. Full set of amenities , including kitchen items. Good location, bus stops in few steps, metro stops are close too. Checkin is 03.00 pm checkout is 10.00, but owner allows to leave baggage inside the property.

Everything was good. Pretty clean, great location, walking distance to metro station, not far from airport. Food in Lisbon was fantastic. The unit didn’t have hair dryer in shower room and the washing machine wasn’t available.

Nosotros quisimos una opción barata para dormir y la verdad que cumplió muy bien! Solo coincidimos con una pareja en todo el fin de semana. Es un apartamento básico pero por el precio está genial...
