my dissatisfaction with the experience I encountered upon checking into your hotel today. I was assigned Room 303, and after a long journey from the UK, I was feeling extremely tired and decided to rest. Unfortunately, about an hour after I entered the room, staff entered without prior notice and removed my bed. At that time, I was undressed and resting, which caused me significant discomfort and embarrassment. This incident is unacceptable and has caused me considerable distress. I have also lodged a formal complaint with the city council regarding this serious issue.
