Friendly staff. Hard to find as building was covered due to work. Room was very small yet comfortable. Great location . Drinks in bar were ok. Bathroom clean but tub was awkward to get in

Отель соответствует заявленным 5 звездам. Прекрасное расположение, шикарный завтрак, безупречный сервис. Не первый раз там останавливаюсь. Всякий раз отель подтверждает свой высокий уровень.

地理位置很好購物很方便樓下就是羅意威， Citywalk 景點也很方便，不用坐車，因為里斯本城市不大，到處是山丘，很鍛鍊人。早餐很好，特喜歡Ovos，既好看又美味，蔬菜少是歐洲酒店的通病，蔬菜品種無法和國內酒店相比，晚餐也不錯。電話信號很差，進入酒店之後完全沒有信號， 酒店WIFI的信號也很弱，無法打開網頁。除了信號問題，其他都是滿分。

Front desk staffs are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast with food choice and even can have Champagne. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant 3 times, Is a good experience. For the first two times, really good food. The last time changed chef, taste terrible. So better check the chef before go. Not many shopping spot around the hotel. But can walk to hop on hop off bus. Good value for the price.

Hotel muito bem situado, com tudo o que é preciso, inclusive um excelente pequeno almoço. No geral, tem tudo bastante bom. Podia melhorar um pouco o Hall de entrada e recepção que estão um pouco "envelhecidos" - não acompanham o nível do resto do hotel

Nous avons passé 3 nuits.  Chambre de qualité, très propre, et service en chambre 2 à 3 fois par jour. L’emplacement est idéal, proche du quartier historique. Un restaurant et bar de bonne qualité. Une prestation de petit déjeuner qui est tout à fait à la hauteur.  Par contre pour le service 5* parfois c’est limite : demande d’un peigne ou d’une brosse à cheveux : jamais servie. Une fenêtre de chambre qui ne ferme pas complètement (bruit de la rue et froid), heureusement 3 couches de voiles aident à ne pas trop en souffrir de ce pb.  Et en ponpon du week-end …. le spa! Autant en semaine, il y a peu de monde et ça va , mais le week-end: un terrain de jeu pour enfants ! et sans une seul intervention du management pour faire respecter le règlement. Pas de produits dans les douches du spa , demander une serviette de plus quand la tienne est humide semble les ennuyer … un point noir sur l’offre de l’hôtel.
