機場打車過去15分鐘，地鐵應該也方便，不過初來乍到不熟悉就打車了，要交2歐城市稅；工作人員挺熱情的，我早上到先到負一樓換了身衣服，寄存了行李；晚上回來夜景不錯，房間中規中矩。

訂房網站上訂的酒店到了前台還要我們銀行賬號和簽明，真一點真的很無語😓，而且接待我們的女**前台態度特別差，退房還是這個女**搞的一副很拽的樣子態度差到死，這是我住過里斯本服務態度最差之一

酒店位置非常方便，有個大騎樓向大街，非常美麗的風景，但如果有一張大床就更好，兩張單人床睡覺時比較不舒適。

This hotel is in a great location it’s a clean hotel the rooms are clean although there are a few broken bits and bobs the aircon doesn’t properly work but aside from that it’s a modern hotel the balcony is a great size I enjoyed my stay here the location is a great it’s next to the metro station so even better there’s a lot of halal food so that was great definitely would come again

El hotel en sí estaba bien y era acogedor. Las instalaciones bien, limpieza correcta incluso disponía de una neverita pequeña en la habitación. Quizás lo menos bonito de este hotel es el barrio en que se encuentra ubicada ya que no parecía muy seguro(pese a que no nos pasó nada). Lo bueno es que en metro, que estaba a 2 minutos, llegabas en dos paradas al centro así que está muy bien comunicado. Y para el aeropuerto también nos fue muy bien su ubicación.

The air conditioner didn’t work and the room was kind of freezing, for the filling of the drinking water we had to go downstairs every time, and also there were a location like a charity next to the hotel which you could find a lot of homeless people specially during the day and it felt unsafe

Comfortable place but tight! A hike to the city center but very accessible if us using rail or taxi. Room is basic but okay for what you pay compared to the rest of the city. Would stay again …good for solo travelers

The hotel was at an ideal location. The rooms were small but clean and all the amenities. The aircon worked perfectly. Most of the things were at walking distance. The staff was nice and friendly. They also stored our luggage for free after we checked out. And when he got back they let us use the waiting area and toilets and very nice and polite. The only issue was the noise from the outside. The garbage truck came there daily at 2am ish during our stay. It is a busy road so it is pretty understandable. Would definitely stay here again when I revisit .

People at the desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had good variety including fresh fruit,pastries,eggs and more. Myroom was small but had everything I needed. Convenient location near metro and quiet except for one night when the church across the street played loud lively music until 2 am. Unpleasant smell in bathroom. Not sure if this was a cleaning problem or a plumbing problem.
