酒店不錯, 服務人員很nice, 房間乾淨衞生, 而且位置無敵, 就在老城區中心位置 唯一不好的就是有軌電車經過的時候會有點吵

衞生間很大，熱水也非常穩定。早餐是點餐製，讓你享受高端服務，餐食也很好吃，特別是蘑菇。前台服務很好，英語無障礙，還很詳細介紹景點、旅遊路線、交通

Pros: 酒店的位置很好。出門左行再左轉就是28／12路電車（不過上車位置附近和電車最開始經過的一段，有點破敗）。 前台態度很好。房間算是整潔的。 早餐自助吃到飽，服務態度也不錯。每天還會送小支葡萄酒和小吃（不好吃，總是份心意）。 Cons： 房間很小（衞生間還挺寬敞，佔了不少位置），沒有放東西的地方。 床頭沒有USB，插頭的位置要很艱難跪著伸手插插座（小心撞頭）。 早餐口味一般（不要點美式，否則會喝到稀釋了三倍的肯德基咖啡。可以溜個早，到附近買咖啡，星巴克步行5分鐘）。 結論： 普普。請大家結合性價比選擇。

한국인의 황홀했던 3일간의 호텔 정말 행복했던 신혼여행 중 3일이었습니다. 해당 호텔의 직원들은 더할나위없이 행복한 시간을 만들어주기 위해 끊임없이 노력했습니다. 정말 사소한 부분부터 항상 웃음을 잃지 않고 우리를 위해 그 어떠한 어려움에도 주저없는 서비스에 저는 감동하고 떠났습니다. 아침, 점심, 저녁 로테이션 되어 새로운 얼굴을 마주했지만, 그들은 저에게 따듯한 미소와 친절한 안내는 공통적인 특징이었습니다. 조식 오더와 서빙을 담당했던 직원분들도 지나칠 정도로 친절했고, 그 어떠한 요청에도 제가 받은 서비스는 행복했습니다. 코로나로 밀렸던 신혼여행의 시작을 정말 황홀한 호텔에서 지내게 되어 저의 와이프도 저도 굉장히 행복했습니다. 호텔 영업이 매년 큰 성과를 이뤄서... 다시 한번 더 가고 싶은 리스본에 가게되면, 꼭 해당 호텔을 방문할거에요. 1. 위치 : 정말 더할나위 없음. 광장 바로 옆 골목이라 치안도 좋고 밤늦게 다녀도되지만 반대편길로는 노숙자 있으니 살짝 조심(거기로 갈 일 없음;;) 2. 위생 : 진짜 여정 한번 나갔다오면 거의 새 호텔 느낌으로 엄청 깨끗 3. 서비스 : 세상에서 가장 퍼펙트함 4. 시설 : 침대와 앞 선반 사이 공간이 조금 좁긴하지만, 화장실 대빵넓고(잘수도있음) 침대 옆 공간 넓어요 3일간 지내면서 불편한 점 단 하나도 없었던 행복했던 호텔 A Korean’s enchanting three-day hotel stay It was a truly happy three days of honeymoon. The staff at the hotel worked tirelessly to create the most enjoyable time. I left very impressed with the service, from the smallest details, to always smiling and not hesitating to deal with any difficulties for us. Although I met new faces on a rotational basis for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, their warm smiles and friendly guidance were common features to me. The staff in charge of ordering and serving breakfast were extremely friendly, and I was happy with the service I received no matter what my requests were. My wife and I were very happy to be able to start our honeymoon, which had been postponed due to the coronavirus, in a truly magical hotel. Hotel sales have achieved great results every year... If I go to Lisbon again, I will definitely visit that hotel. 1. Location: There is absolutely nothing better. It's an alley right next to the square, so it's safe and you can go there late at night, but be careful because there are homeless people on the opposite side of the street (no need to go there;;) 2. Hygiene: Once you go on a real 訂房網站, it is very clean, almost like a new hotel. 3. Service: The most perfect in the world 4. Facilities: The space between the bed and the front shelf is a little narrow, but the bathroom is spacious (you can sleep) and the space next to the bed is spacious. A happy hotel where I stayed for 3 days and didn’t experience any inconveniences.

Great location. So easy to find/access, if you arrive by train / plane, then metro or taxi.Very central also very quiet (specially on upper floors). Every staff is helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfast served on the first floor. Rooms are very nice with great closet space (better than other Rossio hotels in the area). The bathroom and shower are both amazing. Highly recommended!
