O hotel estava limpo, quarto confortável com bom espaço para toda a mobília. O pequeno almoço estava muito bom, senti falta de mais opções de frutas. O estacionamento é terrível de apertado, se tens um carro grande, médio ou não tens muito experiência com manobras, peça ajuda à recepção porque podem lhe auxiliar.

Hotel qui ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles, il fait cheap, les chambres sont basiques mais la literie est correcte. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est simple mais bon, je regrette le manque de produits portugais, pas de pain portugais….. L’emplacement est excentré du centre mais néanmoins le métro est à 5 minutes à pied. Hotel qui fait son job pour le prix

Les produits de salle de bains,, le savon liquide et le shampoing sont d'excellente qualité. Il y a beaucoup de petits soins pour les clients. Pour le petite déjeuner il y avait des produits pour les gens allergiques comme des yaourts sans lactose. Le petite déjeuner était de qualité exceptionnelle.

Very clean hotel. Especially bathroom. Needs to take a metro to go to city center but not so far. Breakfast selections are also nice.

Ottima posizione vicino la metro diretta per il centro e per l'aeroporto in pochi minuti. Ottima colazione dolce e salata. Cambio asciugamani ogni giorno. Camere grandi per la media, pulite e letto comodo.

Le personnel (la jeune fille à la réception) est extraordinaire. Le petit déjeuner était très généreux et le service vraiment bon. Par contre la fenêtre de notre chambre be se ferme pas.

Hotel it's good but we don't have good experience , first when we check in they said we booked only for one person but in my booking paper it's says for 2 people and we booked double bed and I make sure in the note for double bed but they give us two twin beds and they just put them together with very bad views and an early morning the house keeping crew make cleaning in the next room with so much noise banging the vacuum very loud like she was very upset and my husband had to go out from our room and told her she make a lot of noise!! the buffet staf for breakfast they're just like a walking dead no smile and not greet the guest just busy with their own thing , breakfast it's average nothing special. Overall the hospitality of the crew it's bad 🙁

En general algo normal, fuimos en pareja para pasar 3 días con desayuno incluido, desayuno escaso muy poquita variedad. El personal que está dando los servicios por la mañana son muy serio, todos. !!Que no tiene nada de malo!!!. En recepción en cambio son amables y sipatico@s. Y algo que no llegaré a entender y no solo en este hotel aunque también nos ha pasado, es que si te dan la opción de 2 camas individuales o cama de matrimonio por qué no se cumple lo que previamente reservas? Y si no hay existencia por lo menos que manden un correo avisando del mismo. Y para terminar la ventana de la habitación no tenía pomo para poder abrirlo, entiendo que por seguridad no esté disponible la apertura al completo, pero basculante es lo ideal para airear la habitación.
