Great location. Lovely room with firm but comfy beds. Delicious cocktails on the rooftop bar and dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was great. With we’d made more use of the reception staff on arrival as they were beyond helpful when we asked for their advice. They gave us a map and great dinner suggestions ( book ahead!). Used the spa several times…. Sauna, steam and the small pool.

This was my second time visiting this hotel and it did not disappoint! The place is absolutely stunning. Location is right at the centre, overlooking the Botanical Gardens with a beautiful rooftop bar which is open all day. Walking distance to the centre and yet still not too crowded. The service is exceptional, the staff go over and above, with small treats throughout the stay. Every request was received with a smile and accommodated. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to spoil themselves in Lisbon and be treated to amazing service, comfort, and a boutique experience. 5 stars all round.
