Great location. Subway is just downstairs. Have kitchen and appliances. Close to Lots of Hypermarkets like Continent and Lidl. Everything went smooth, they also provide cleaning services every day. I just had a small issue but I think it was only in my room cuz it was on the edge, I couldn’t really get the WiFi in the living room. But I went to the bathroom , it was ok. I guess the bathroom and other rooms closer to the elevator had better connections

The self check-in with codes was simple and easy. The room was compact but well designed so comfortable, with a small but fully equipped kitchenette. The large windows allowed nice city views outside. Only negative is the hotel signage outside is not easy to see.

There's a Metro just right in front the apartment. It's very convenient for commuting around. Check in check out is easy too. The lift is cute though.

This is a serviced apartment, not a hotel—there’s no reception and no staff available on-site. Self check-in is the only option, but the app was laggy and never sent the confirmation code to my phone, so I couldn’t access my room. Only WhatsApp worked. Messages to the property were ignored, even after Trip support escalated the issue. Overall, the lack of support made the stay extremely stressful and unreliable.

Was quite easy to travel to from Lisbon Airport, and right at the entrance of the Metro. Quiet location. Highly recommended!
