Loved my stay here. It was only one night, however it was perfect for what I needed and in a great location to access transportation to and from the airport and walkable everywhere else!

Location is good. Breakfast is perfect, there are plenty of choices. However, the downside is the bathroom design, which feels a bit awkward and not very safe for woman. There were 2 bathrooms in the dorm i stayed in, but neither had a place to hang clothes inside, and one of the locks was broke. I had to hang my clothes outside the bathroom, in the space between the two bathrooms.

We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores . However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown. If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience.

Room was clean. Nice area, very convenient location. Currency exchange, markets and cute restaurants/cafe all around the block. There is a restaurant and cafe in the hotel. Large room space and good water pressure/didnt run short of hot water like some hotels in Lima tend to do. Friendly staff, vibey atmosphere.

Top Lage. Im Zimmer steht ein Schild, dass das Zimmer fünf mal am Tag gereinigt wird, davon habe ich nichts mitbekommen. Da die anderen Personen auf dem Zimmer aber sehr ordentlich und sauber waren, war es jetzt nicht ganz so tragisch.

感覺還是比較乾淨的，地段也很好。就是辦理入住的時間規定的比較死板，説了下午三點辦理入住，就沒給我提前辦理入住，我早上到的，在一樓自助早餐廳買了個早飯磨磨蹭蹭，又去朋友們那兒呆了半天，下午兩點到店再辦理入住，還是不行。等到三點，前台一溜長隊，等了快一個小時才輪到我辦理入住。另一個需要注意的點是電梯雖然就在前台正對面，但看著非常不起眼，得按了電梯的上下按鍵後，電梯下來，把外面的木框門往外拉開，進去電梯按了所需樓層才能運行。
