之前是看了點評才和家人確定這一家住宿，住宿的實施和服務真的很差。作為服務行業和前台應該有職業操守，每一位工作人員沒有一點笑容還很不耐煩，沒有待客之道。房間標記每一樣物品的價格可是都不齊全。午夜時刻，住宿走廊全部燈熄滅。。早上7點還抹黑的帶著家人，孩子下樓。沖涼時水是燙的不然就是冰凍沒有溫度可調，可以教教我們怎樣沖涼碼？

Overall, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The smell of cigarettes permeated the room and there was no noise isolation, making it difficult to relax. There were no curtains on the door, so the room was brightly lit at night, making it difficult to sleep. Ultimately, I had to cut my stay short due to the unsatisfactory conditions. This villa has had better days and really doesn’t look like the photos. Anyone looking to book should manage their expectations - it’s a small villa and from what I can tell, family run so you’re not going to get 4 star type service (closer to 2 star). Much of the hardware is old, stained and dirty. Even the glass cups had marks on them. I’ve never been anywhere where the towels have threads loose. The free pickup was arranged but it took 3 separate people to message me on WeChat to get this done and with not the easiest instructions from the driver. No daily cleaning - had to request for trash removal and towels on the second day. Even with a 4 night stay, and no where to hang the towel to dry, you have to ask for new towels. Toilets sort of flush after a few times. Almost impossible to get the right temperature water for the shower - it appears that when someone else is using it in the building, it impacts your temperature. Light bulbs were broken or the lamp watt so low that it makes no difference having it on. On the positive side, the location is quite good, walking distance into the old city and buses. My room was quiet and did not have cigarettes smell which was very appreciated. Highly recommend taking the 101 bus (20 min walk to the stop) for 15 yuan direct to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.

Hotel súper acogedor justo a las afueras del old town en la zona más bonita en mi opinión. Nuestra habitación con bañera daba justo a un pequeño lago que hay en frente del hotel. Cama cómoda. El dueño nos recogió en la estación de autobuses y al irnos nos hizo el favor de llevarnos con nuestras maletas a la zona que sale el taxi para el aeropuerto. Lo único que mejoraría sería la limpieza .

房間很好，酒店前面就是一個湖泊，窗外看過去超級好看，然後老闆人也很好，還幫忙拖行李，一樓還有一個桌球桌，大家有空的時候可以下去打桌球。

很溫暖，房間陽台睡午覺超讚，周邊安靜不吵鬧。房間馬桶智能的，熱水一放基本就有，器具也比較好用（吹風機、熱水壺）都很贊。老闆人也很好👍，我昆明過來玩的，住了幾家，這家最贊

房間很舒適，衞生也很好，這次住宿體驗非常愉快，老闆很熱心好溝通，還幫忙推薦了雲南遊的團（小團體驗也不錯）

房間乾淨衞生，環境很好，位置就在古城，出去逛很方便。客棧小哥也很熱情好客，一個人出來還是他給我攻略打卡點建議。強烈推薦！！！！

Chỗ ở hơi xa thành cổ nhưng thoải mái và yên tĩnh đường cucng dễ tìm. Ông chủ nhiệt tình cởi mở. Mỗi tội cổ trấn ai mà đo tự túc dễ lạc lắm. K biết đường mà ra

民宿很乾凈環境很好！門口都超級出片🤩老闆超級熱情，主動幫我們拿行李，還借我們帽子拍攝（最後還送給我了哈哈哈哈哈）總之，非常值得來！
