Everything was fine minus ants in the garbage cans and a woman let her dog run without a lease and my dog was attacked. Attached is a pic of my dog’s ear. She got ahold of her dog then the dog got lose again. I called about the ants but were just told a message was wrote down.

Unfortunately, our stay at Tru by Hilton Lexington University Medical Center was a disappointment. The hotel looked nice online, but the reality didn’t match the expectations. From check-in to check-out, the staff seemed disorganized and untrained — we constantly had to repeat ourselves or follow up just to get basic things handled. The room itself was okay, but not particularly clean or comfortable. It felt more like a budget motel than a Hilton property. Noise was also an issue, and the layout of the space made it feel cramped. We had high hopes for this stay, but sadly it missed the mark in more ways than one. Definitely wouldn’t return.

酒店離肯塔基大學很近，開車就幾分鐘路程。免費停車，停車位很多。一樓大堂24小時免費提供咖啡和熱水，有一些可供休息和工作的空間，還有遊戲機。

Easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had. I had to book the hotel in a pinch when the other hotel I booked through 訂房網站.com did not have electricity when I showed up for my stay. The staff and accommodations are excellent. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. I would definitely book again.

房間乾淨整潔，配套設施齊全、合理，早餐有全自動的鬆餅製作機，24小時提供咖啡和水。工作人員個個都熱情周到且有耐心。幸好這裡有提供早餐服務，這兩天因為暴風雪被困住了，於是又選擇在這裡再多呆兩天。酒店附近好像有不少吃飯的地方，我看到的就有Slim Chicken 和 Subway。

其實大部分東西都是滿意的，美中不足的是，洗手盆的水龍頭出水太少。早餐品種不多，不過味道和材料不錯，有義大利的Lavaza咖啡，味道好好，還有一部全自動的熱香餅製作機。
