Just stayed one night while passing through Lexington. It was clean and the people were friendly

Ok I pick this location due to a family emergency. This place is run down. There was cigarette burns on my bathroom counter hair and urine in bathroom floor. I didn't sleep here I stayed at the hospital unfortunately. The door knob on the inside of my room fell off in my hands I had manipulate it so I could get out. I didn't ask to cancel or refund because I am at my max stress right now and didn't want to deal with staff at this location. But I think what's worse is it is almost every area I encountered at this hotel is a safety issue. If there would have been a fire and I had slept there it would have been bad.

The room was satisfactory. I can't believe Ramoda would put their name on this property. The grounds were not kept, the hotel entrance was horrid. The food court I couldn't bring myself to eat.(food poisoning is a real thing) didn't want to chance. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past, pleasant. I don't know what happened in 2 years. RAMADA your name off this property or have it bull-dosed. Will not be staying at this property again and will make sure I tell everyone I know not to book here. Very disappointed. You don't want me to share the photos taken... It would scare small children.

Bugs in the bathroom. No water in the fountain in the gym. Gym equipment is broken. Tv remote can only change channels by pressing up or down. Cannot enter a specific channel number. The price was very good though... I guess you get what you pay for.

I would continue looking for another place to stay. I’m not sure if this hotel really ever has been cleaned. There is trash and cigarette butts everywhere. First room they gave us had not been cleaned at all. Didn’t seem like a super safe location either.
