The hotel is really stylish and I love this historical building. But their service is bad. After I checked in, I heard the staffs talking about my credit card and the bank of it. I don’t think it’s polite to talk about guests’ bank cards in front of them. And they didn’t tell me the door of hotel will be locked after 12pm, so I was locked outside feeling freezing. I tried to call them using the number they stick on the doorbell, but no one answered. That’s really a terrible experience.

This is a nice hotel. The only difficult thing to understand is the bathroom which is not separated from the room.
The room automation system is also very weird.
