this hotel room is strategic since near to braga street. the receptionist is very good, assisted me and always smiling to me so i feel welcomed. however something that can be improved is the location of the air conditioning. it must be located near to bed not near to tv. so sometimes a felt a but hotter in room. other than that everything was great and very pleasant to stay there. i would definitely come and book here again

Overall the hotel is just ok for 1 night stay. When we arrrived the staf/bell boy opened the door for us and then continued sleeping at the lobby. The FO is not that friendly. The room is big and the bed is comfy.
