We didn’t enjoy our stay in Shanti. The room description including the amenities cited in 訂房網站 app was misrepresented. Room in the app indicates that the tent is in the swimming pool view, however, it doesn’t have any pool. No aircon, no ref, no kitchen amenities, nothing from the food and drinks, no TV, etc. Comfort room is shareable, no conditioner, no soap, and no refill of tissue in the toilet. We have to order the food in advance for our next day stay, otherwise, we have to go outside to search for food. The massage services were overpriced in consideration of the quality and experience. Food tastes good (though expensive) but the tablewares are terrible. During our check out, we were advised that we will be charged for 1pax because we are 5. We are willing to pay actually but the fact that they did not give us the extra bed because the space can’t accommodate thus, we ended up squeezing ourselves for 3 days, additional charge is quite illogical. We are not recommending this place and we have no plans of staying here again in the future.
