Checked in but never actually stayed here. Card lock broken, dirty sheets, was given a physical key. 訂房網站 description showed reception from 6-23, we arrived around 22:50 to go to sleep and no one was in, called both numbers multiple times with no answer, was stuck out in -7C weather with my friend and had to arrange last minute accomodation. Handed in my key and checked out the next day, service person was apologetic and took my IBAN for a refund/chat with their boss. Still waiting for it, 0/10 cannot recommend this place.

Ich war ziemlich zufrieden! Gute Lage. Freundliches Personal.
