I’m so impressed by staffs Maxine and Elsa patience, professionalism and efficiency! I was assigned a terribly noisy room by the morning staffs but Maxine managed to salvage the otherwise disastrous situation! Their innate ability to know the creature comforts of their guests is most impressive! They’re definitely an asset to the hospitality industry!

位置方便環境不錯展會出差不錯的選擇。早餐運動設施都有。 安靜房間整潔就是比較小，整體來説都還不錯超市也近啊。

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Übernachtung nach einem Musical Besuch genutzt. Es liegt sehr abseits in einem Gewerbegebiet für unsere Bedürfnisse aber in dem Moment keinerlei Problem. Das Frühstück war jetzt nicht besonders viel Auswahl aber auch nicht schlecht. Der Kaffee war gut und das Personal sehr jung und freundlich.

Mitarbeiter sind leider nicht sehr serviceorientiert, es sieht eher aus,als würden sie wie eine „Clique abhängen“.Ich mag es insbesondere überhaupt nicht, wenn ich morgens (zu einem nicht mal 1* würdigen) Frühstück erscheine,man mich anguckt und sofort wieder wegschaut,statt freundlich guten Morgen zu sagen,super unprofessionell! War jetzt das 2. mal dort und mein letztes Mal
