La verdad que todo genial, desde la llegada y el proceso de check in hasta la calidad de la habitación fueron lo mejor de todo, unas vistas increibles de Leiden y su plaza central de la estacion. El check out fue un poco mas complicado ya que estaba la recepcion cerrada y tuvimos que llamar a un numero de telefono etc, pero quitando eso, todo lo demás estuvo genial y nos encantó, si vuelvo a leiden repetiré

Great hotel, next to train station. Very slow service in the reception both when checkin and luggage collection after check out. We almost missed our train because it took more than 20 min to collect our luggage...

Prima hotel. We kregen een upgrade naar een familie room. Mooie kamer, goede hygiëne. Vriendelijk personeel. Eten was er ook prima. Voor ons omdat we met de trein waren toplocatie vlakbij station en op prima loopafstand van oude centrum.

een prima locatie maar via mijn TomTom kwam ik terecht op de SEH van het ziekenhuis. Opnieuw gezocht en niet gevonden. Toen het hotel gebeld en gevraagd hoe ik er moest komen. Dat bleek alleen mogelijk via de parkeergarage . In de parkeergarage was het ook erg moeilijk om de ingang te vinden. Dus dit ie een erg slecht punt van het hotel
