Buffet breakfast was fine. Hotel amenities also okey. They have airport service upon request in which i suggest must avail. They also have spa with great massage service.

Food are great, service are excellent. The only thing is the comfort room is having a little unpleasant odor. And the pool is not bad but not too clean. But overall it's Great experience to stay in Proxy by Oriental hotel.

Lack mini ref in the room that I booked. Breakfast on the first day wasn't good but overall stay was good. Spacious room and bath. Pool area is big and nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Modern hotel and good for families w different activities.

The service was as good or better than a 5 star hotel. The food was very tasty and we enjoyed it very much. The staff were very helpful and outgoing! We will stay in your hotel everytime we go to the province to visit my wife's family.

Location is just a 5-min drive from SM. Bed is on the hard side. No floor mat which is standard in all hotels and we forgot to ask as we are busy. There is a good-sized outdoor pool, billiards table. Breakfast is so-so as there is no bread. Overall for the price that should be okay? Our minor complaint was the beer bucket promo of 599 which includes a bar chow. The kitchen was closed when we came and there is no more bar chow, not even peanuts but the price remains the same and the staff was inflexible for us to redeem it the next day.
